RUS: В понедельник мне посчастливилось принять участие в дегустации нового осеннего вегетарианского и веганского меню в Vapiano. Чтобы сразу отсечь все лишние вопросы скажу, я не вегетарианка и не веган! Всего в специальном осеннем меню представлены суп, три салата, антипасти, две пасты, ризотто, пицца, лазанья и десерт. Из того, что мы успели попробовать, мне больше всего понравился кремоый тыквенный суп, салат с булгуром, паста с авокадо кремом и божественный банановый десерт с карамелизированными грецкими орехами! Для тех, кто хочет успеть попробовать новые вкусняшки в Vapiano, это можно будет сделать в течениие сентября и октября ;)

ENG: This Monday I was so happy to attend autumnal vegan and vegetaria specials tasting at Vapiano. To immediately cut off all unnecessary questions - I am not vegan or vegetarian! Autunmal specials include soup, three salads, antipasti, two pastas, rizotto, pizza, lasagne and dessert. Most of all I liked creamy pumkin soup, salad with bulgur, pasta with avocado sause and delicious banana creme with caramelized walnuts! You can try new nemu during September and October ;)




ZUPPA DI ZUCCA
Spicy and creamy pumkin soup with carrots, orange and dash of coconut milk. Decorated with pumkin oil and parsley.




INSALATA ORIENTALE

Middle East influenced salad with dried apricot and plum flavoured bulgur, colorful salad mix, rucola, cucumbers and spring onions in delicious apricot dressing. Decorated with fresh lime and mint.




PIATTO FALAFEL

Antipasti plate of warm grilled handmade falafels on fresh ruccola and lambsalad base, oven roasted ciabatta bread and homemade creamy hummus with chopped parsley and pomegranate seads.







PASTA CREMA DI AVOCADO CON RUCOLA

Healthy pasta with fried onions, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers in avocado cream sause. Finished with aromatic rucola and basil leaves.






LASAGNE DI VERDURE

Autumnal vegetable lasagne with zuccini, eggplant, shitake mushrooms, bell pepper, onions and garlic in bechamel sause. 




RISOTTO DI ZUCCA

Autumnal risotto with caramelized pumkin, sun-dried tomatoes, onions and fresh sage in creamy pumkin-coconut milk sause.




CREMA BANANA CON NOCE CARAMELLATO

Delicious homemade banana creme with a touch of vanilla and with caramelized walnuts.
